6 pt Major: The army has some difficult conversions that use things like putty, card, etc. This could also apply to the entire army having well done multi-kit conversions
8 pt Extreme: The army has extreme conversions such as scratch built conversions or sculpts of entire model, a large amount of difficult conversions, or the entire army is extremely converted
