mangler squigs

so i have a question and because there is not a model for it yet. what base size is the mangler squigs supposed to be on. i would think 40mill from how they describe it but im not sure. and as people are useing them like crazy i was wondering what yall thought.

would it be the great squigs base size bc it a great squigs tied together

anyone eles have any suggestions?

Yeah, I think they would use that size. Or they could use a calvery base?

the cav bases r not wide enough

I was just thinkinh that cuz of the skaven weapon teams. And more along the lines of them facing the length, not the width.

i mean its a fair pt but what size r great sqiugs and there two of them chaned together

I dont even know what size one of those things is. So the monster base is probly the best one. plus you can probly add a bunch of other things to the base to make a awesome looking model. Like for Orgers you can add little greenskins to their base to give it some comedy.

Id be ok with cav bases as well.

The larger square base is the same size as 2 cav bases stuck together.

Wholy carp! I just read up on the rules of the mangler squig. That thing could eat face, and continue to eat face long afterr it should have gone down. I prescribe a large dossage of lead at long ranges.

As for size I would give it a chariot base. The bugger is just too big for anything else.

how does chaos deal with it

Its the large square base. The night goblin lord on great squig goes on the smaller one, and his squig x 2 would fit pretty well on the larger one. Before I would have said chariot, just for size, but large monster for rules. Now that I have actually looked at the model and the base, I definitely think its the large square.

For Chaos, or any army without shooting, stomp it, take your licks, and get rid of it, or just ignore it and hope it screams off into oblivion or, better yet, back where it came.

that would be kind of hard to do the fact chaos is to expensive

If you are unwilling to stomp them, all you got is ignore.

Stop a unit on them. The unit take wounds, but the squigs die.
Mauraders seems a cheap option, but any unit will work.

That being said, your fear gives them power. These are just soupped up fanatics. He has a little more control at the start, but eventually they are an unreliable mess, that can hurt him just as easy as it hurts you. More so because his armor isn't usually as good.

Those look awsome, but 120......I think the awsomeness on that is worth about 45...
