| Hello all.
The decision has been made, since there is no painting at Tacticon this year, I'll be playing DE bike spam.
Here is my rough draft list:
Sathonyx Venoms with Blaster squads 5 man (x2) Haemonculous (x3) Reavers w 2x Heat Lance, 2x Caltrop(3x6) Eldar Farseer w/Doom on Bike Seer Council on Bikes (x3) Eldar Jetbike Squad (1x3) w Cannon Voidraven (x2)
Some notes:
SOOOO FAST The seer is for Doom and Psychic Negation Baron is for Hit and Run, still deciding between him and Sliscus I really want 250 more points.
Discuss! Thoughts

| You need more troops. Three min size scoring units are going to leave you in the cold.
What are the warlocks for and what powers do they have?
Why not guide on the far seer? Twin linked heat lance or void lances, no deny the witch. Doesn't work with caltrips, but its a thought.
What's your answer for flyers?
That's just my initial thoughts. Are you going to be able to play this saturday to give it a test run?

| Nix what I said about doom. In your list it is a far better choice than guide. Your farseer doesn't have fortune, which throws me off a bit. But, it means that you don't care about losing the eldar powers. So, you can keep doom in games versus hordes and light infantry, but drop it for prescience versus mech, flyers, and heavy infantry. | |

| The Warlocks are because I really want a Seer Council, and Hit and Run Seer Council with the Baron seems HI-Larious. But I dunno. I deal with flyers with the Void Ravens, theoretically, but I really want quad gun Aegis Defence Line.
I don't have enough troops, that's true, still pondering that. If the points get bumped, problem solved. Not sure what to drop at 1750, besides Council I guess.

| The list above sits at 1729, by the way. *EDIT*
Nope, can't play this Saturday, it is painting night!!

| Have you thought about a shining council? Shining spears with hit and run and prescience. | |

| Why void ravens? I know the reasons to take them over razorwings, but what are your specific ones? I find the void raven a little expensive with upgrades, but since you're running stock you're only giving up missiles for the bomb, +1 str, and +1/+1/+0 armour. Either way, I think your extra 20 points should go to night shields. A 5+ without having to give up shooting is definately worth it. | |

| Are the Haemonculi still worth their weight in Pain Tokens at this point value?
The VoidRavens are just infinitely superior for the points. Not sure I want the Fighters in this list. Ugh, just can't decide what to trim, except to nix the council.

| They are useless 1 in 6 games(combat drugs) but with your weight in reavers, maybe. I would run a list without and just see how it fairs. Oh, here comes CW with that whole gotta play games to get better b s.
I'm not sure you have enough warlocks to make your council useful. Where are you sticking the baron if the seer council leaves?
I'm not sure I agree any more on the void raven vs razor wing. I used to, but since running the razor wing... The void raven is just so expensive to add to.
What is it you want to add to the list?

| Id say drop them too. They are good if you were running a foot army I guess but they seem a bit out of place with all the bikes.

| Oh, definitely keep the flyers. Ravens or razors, they are an aerial threat that, currently, everyone(almost) fears and will devote too many resources to. | |

| Ok, here comes a thought, one that involves some sweeping change. It's a thought just take it as such.
K, so drop the warlocks, drop the cannon from the guardians, lower doom to guide or other 20pt power, that gives you enough points for another guardian squad [b]and[b] another venom and squad. That gives you 5 scoring units, 8 for scouring, and 7 for big guns.
You can also drop the second guardians, the bike off the Farseer, and shave 5 points for a quad gun aegis manned by the Farseer, Baron, and the three stripped haemonculus.
