Yes, it is real. I am still working my way through interviews, but what I have seen so far is big changes. Models upgrades, new cards, soulstones are different, all henchmen are now masters, gremlins have their own faction....

I don't have any henchman insider information. A public beta will be out on May 31st and I will be running a Welcome to New Malifuax event on June 1st. You all will be seeing it about the same time I do, so we will be working through it together. The new 2.0 book will be available at GenCon, with a wider release scheduled in October. Tacticon will be running Malifaux 1.5, Genghiscon is up in the air. I won't be making the switch until the faction decks are out. I don't want anyone to be left in the dark because their master or crew doesn't have cards.

Drop any questions here, I get them almost instantly, and I will answer them as best I can.

Not a big fan of the 2 schemes and one strategy, if you can get max points while ignoring one of your chosen schemes. It also feels like you want to kill your opponents models more then ever if they can destroy your scheme markers so easily. maybe destroying scheme markers should be a little bit harder.

Very likely to be similar to now. Mine will be win/loss, tie breaker points differential, then total points. Or breaker total point, then differential. With the con growth, VP in game will matter.

Likely the same 1.5 or 1.75 hours. It should get faster when we know what we are doing. We also tend to yak a bit.
