My dark eldar list

So here is the 40k list im planing to build. Im going back to my roots and going with a dark eldar list.

Its not perfect by any means and im going to have some problems with heavy armor lists although i do have alot of short range anti tank stuff. I will have speed on my side and that can go pretty far i think. No matter what though it will look good on the table and i have alot of neat stuff to play with!

those small wych units seem really good. Where did you get the idea for those. : P

Good thing we posted these, I think I am the only one who has looked at yours and visa versa!

How survivable are those MSU witches? That list looks pretty hot, I'm going to try to run 3x9 reavers, just to be a pain.

They are not survivable from what i have been talking to charlie about but they will get the job done. Even at 10 man squads they fly apart like confettie so there is no point trying to make them last longer im just going to try and flood the table with fast moving shit and hope to have stuff around at the end of the game. Play a little like normal eldar and just jump to the objective at the end of the game. will see how it pans out though. Id put more reavers in the list if i could get them to score but scine they cant be taken as troops and the troops are so weak im going to use them as fast moving harrassment units and through them at the oppenet and use the witches to back them up.


Again i think the list will look good on the table and will be a ton of fun to build paint and play weather or not it wins is kinda up in the air.

i think that list can be competitive
i really like about it is how fast it is
cant wait to see it

I am going to start to buy stuff for it now but i wont start building it till after the fantasy league. I want to make sure i get the hole think painted and if i try and do that and my empire army i know im not going to get ether one done.

I like the list, Ti looks like it has everything you need to take, well, just about anyone. Start buying shite, its going to be a mean list.

So i changed my list a bunch and have started to buy stuff for it. Im going to review the kits as i buy them too as far as ease to paint build and coolness factor!

So far i have bought the Hellion kit and the Rever Jetbike kit.

I have them built and base coated black now and my thoughts so far are that this is one of the best models lines GW has ever done. All of the upgrades and possible weapons are included in both kits. They go together really well with nio major flaws or hard to figure out bits. My only complaint is that the hellions dont really want to stay on there skimmer bases all that well so unless you want to glue them down after your done painting them they are going to be falling off alot. Also they are really delicate so you have to be super careful as you clean them up or you will break some stuff off. It took me about 2 hours to clean and build all 5 of them and I dont think I can be any faster at it.

Ill post more once I get them painted and tell you how that went.
