| I'm using yellow in my color scheme and I'm wondering if anyone has a good idea about an appropriate wash to use with it. | |

| there are a few ways to go about washing yellow and it depends on the end effect you want to end up with. (( I wish you would have asked me while you were in the store with me lol.))
I would go from your base tone yellow to a brown wash if you want a dirty gritty effect.
If you want a really clean effect then I would glace the model alot with the new yellow glaze. If Mike will post a picture of his Lamentors then you can see this to a vary extreme as I think he used nothing but glazes to achieve that super clean yellow look. You do not have to take it as far as this but that is a example. So use a glaze coat over the yellow areas until you get the effect you want.
Alternately you can also use The new badab black or Nulin oil wash if you want a extremely grity look but keep in mind you will have to do alot of over tones on the yellow afterwards if you go this rout.
Those are my suggestions hope they help!

| Several glaze passes with the new yellow wash gets you a very clean, auto shaded yellow, fwiw. Ymmv.
