My friend and i are currently in a debate. Am I allowed to shoot with the magic arrow Hail of Doom. It is a one use only enchanted item that fires like a normal arrow.

If it is a spell, then no. It has to be a shooting attack. I not exactly sure what it is, but I am thinking no.
