Skeleton Bitz

I want add some bones to some of my bases, and so far the best looking ones have been from WHFB skeleton models (VC and TK both appear to have a squad). So, I'm curious just how they are packaged. Are arms, legs, torso and heads all separate? Do they come wearing a lot of armor (breastplates, etc) or are they pretty bare-boned (har har)? Bare-boned is desired.

It's a fairly expensive solution, so are there any other suggestions people have seen?
